Welcome to the Lake Toxaway Community Association (LTCA), Inc. Website
The LTCA is a non-profit corporation organized for the following purposes:
- To preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the Lake Toxaway Estates
- To develop means for home and property protection against thievery and vandalism
- To support Transylvania County in ways and means to improve fire protection and emergency medical services
- To act for the members of this corporation in matters affecting the mutual interests of each
- To support the wider community by annual charity fund drive

Management
The Fiscal Year is August 1 through July 31.
The LTCA Annual Meeting of members is held in July, at which time directors are elected for the ensuring year.
The LTCA is professionally managed by IPM Corporation of Brevard, Inc. with an on-site office located at 16801 Rosman Highway, Lake Toxaway, NC 28747.

LTCA's office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
